FlashBlotTM One Step WB HRP Detection Kit (Rabbit)
Description FlashBlotTM One Step WB HRP Detection Kit (Rabbit) is developed to simplify the traditional western blot procedure and quickly detect target proteins in almost an hour. After the protein transfer is complete, incubate the membrane with the blocking buffer for 5 minutes and with mixture of primary antibody and secondary antibody for 40 minutes, perform three five-minute washes, the membrane is finally ready to be developed. This kit contains secondary antibody and is intended for use in detecting target proteins with rabbit primary antibodies.
