Description GentlePrepTM Mammalian Protein Extraction Kit extracts cytoplasmic and nuclear protein from mammalian cells using a mild-detergent based cell lysis method. Protease inhibitor included in this kit can protect proteins from degradation. The protein extract can be quantified using the BCA Protein Assay Kit, and is compatible with a variety of protein assays.
