cMet scFv-CD28-OX40-CD3ζ (3rd) CAR Expression Plasmid Item No.: PCAR-107Shipping: 2 μg Storage: -20°C INTRODUCTION Chimeric Antigen Receptors (CARs) are recombinant receptors that are composed of four regions: an antigen recognition domain (ectodomain), a hinge region, a transmembrane region, and an intracellular T cell signaling domain (endodomain). CAR-T cell therapy uses T cells engineered with CARs to target specific antigen(s) for cancer immunotherapy. cMet (also known as MET and HGFR) is a member of the receptor tyrosine kinase family of proteins. When binds to its ligand, hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), cMet is dimerized and activated, and plays roles in cellular survival, embryogenesis, and cellular migration and invasion. Mutations and overexpression of cMet are associated with multiple human cancers including apillary renal cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and various head and neck cancers. cMet protein is a target of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cells used in the treatment of multiple cancers. RGBiotech offers cMet scFv-CD28-OX40-CD3ζ (3rd) CAR Expression Plasmid to assist CAR-T research. This vector contains a third (3rd) generation of cMet CAR that consists of four major components: 1) anti-cMet scFv as an extracellular antigen-binding domain, 2) a hinge region, 3) a transmembrane domain, and 4) CD28, OX40 (TNFRSF4, CD134) and CD3ζ (CDzeta, CD247) intracellular signaling domains.
