INTRODUCTION

Avelumab (brand name Bavencio) is a fully human monoclonal antibody against the protein programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1). Avelumab is used in the treatment of metastatic merkel cell carcinoma, metastatic urothelial carcinoma, or renal cell carcinoma.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Avelumab in mammalian cells such as HEK293, or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line. We provide multiple options for Avelumab expression, either single-vector-based expression or two-vector-based expression.
