Basiliximab Expression Plasmid

INTRODUCTION

Basiliximab (brand name Simulect) is a chimeric mouse-human monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting interleukin 2 receptor subunit alpha (IL2RA, CD25). Basiliximab is used as an immunosuppressant agent to prevent rejection in organ transplantation, especially in kidney transplants.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Basiliximab in mammalian cells such as HEK293, or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line. We provide multiple options for Basiliximab expression, either single-vector-based expression or two-vector-based expression.
