INTRODUCTION

Benralizumab (brand name Fasenra) is a humanized recombinant monoclonal antibody (mAb) of the isotype IgG1k immunoglobulin targeting interleukin 5 receptor (IL-5R). Benralizumab is used as an immunosuppressant agent to prevent rejection in organ transplantation, especially in kidney transplants. Benralizumab is used in the treatment of eosinophilic asthma.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Benralizumab in mammalian cells such as HEK293 or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line. We provide multiple options for Benralizumab expression, either single-vector-based expression or two-vector-based expression.
