INTRODUCTION

Bevacizumab (brand name Avastin, Mvasi) is a humanized monoclonal antibody (mAb) that binds to Vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A) to inhibit angiogenesis. Bevacizumab is used in combination with different chemotherapy regimens for the treatment of many types of cancer, e.g., colon cancer, lung cancer, glioblastoma, and renal-cell carcinoma etc.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Bevacizumab in mammalian cells such as HEK293, or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line. We provide multiple options for Bevacizumab expression, either single-vector-based expression or two-vector-based expression.
