INTRODUCTION

Burosumab (brand name Crysvita) is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) that binds to fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23). Burosumab is used in the treatment of X-linked hypophosphatemia and tumor-induced osteomalacia.
