INTRODUCTION

Canakinumab (brand name Ilaris) is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) that binds to interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β). Canakinumab is used in the treatment of systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (SJIA) and active Still's disease, including adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD).

This plasmid is designed for expressing Canakinumab in mammalian cells such as HEK293 or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line. We provide multiple options for Canakinumab expression, either single-vector-based expression or two-vector-based expression.
