INTRODUCTION

Caplacizumab (brand name Cablivi) is a humanized single-variable-domain antibody (VHH) that binds to Von Willebrand factor (VWF). Caplacizumab is used in the treatment of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) and thrombosis.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Caplacizumab in mammalian cells such as HEK293 or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line.
