INTRODUCTION

Cetuximab (brand name Erbitux) is a recombinant chimeric (mouse/human) monoclonal antibody (mAb) of IgG1 isotype that competitively binds to epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) to inhibit the binding of epidermal growth factor (EGF). Burosumab is used in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer and head and neck cancer.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Cetuximab in mammalian cells such as HEK293 or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line. We provide multiple options for Cetuximab expression, either single-vector-based expression or two-vector-based expression.
