INTRODUCTION

Choriogonadotropin alfa (brand names Ovidrel, Ovitrelle, Pregnyl) is a recombinant human chorionic gonadotropin that contains alpha and beta units. Choriogonadotropin alfa is used in the treatment of female infertility by inducing ovulation.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Choriogonadotropin alfa in mammalian cells such as HEK293 or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line.
