INTRODUCTION

Daratumumab (brand names Darzalex, Darzalex Faspro) is an immunoglobulin G1 kappa monoclonal antibody that is directed against CD38. CD38 is overexpressed in multiple myeloma cells. Daratumumab is an anti-cancer monoclonal antibody medication that is used in the treatment of multiple myeloma and light chain amyloidosis.
