INTRODUCTION

Dupilumab (brand name Dupixent) is a fully human monoclonal antibody that binds to interleukin-4 receptor alpha and inhibits the signaling of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Dupilumab is used for the treatment of eczema (atopic dermatitis), asthma, nasal polyps, eosinophilic esophagitis and prurigo nodularis.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Dupilumab in mammalian Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell line.
