INTRODUCTION

Elotuzumab (brand name Empliciti) is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets the cell surface glycoprotein SLAM family member 7 (SLAMF7) that is used for the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma who have received one to three prior therapies.
