Filgrastim (brand names Accofil, Granix, Grastofil, Neupogen, Nivestim, Nivestym, Ratiograstim, Releuko, Zarxio) is a recombinant, non-pegylated human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF). Filgrastim is a medication that is used to regulates the production and release of neutrophils from the bone marrow.
