INTRODUCTION

Gemtuzumab ozogamicin (brand name Mylotarg) is Antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that is comprised of a humanized monoclonal antibody (mAb) to CD33 linked to a cytotoxic drug (ozogamicin). Gemtuzumab ozogamicin is used for the treatment of CD33-positive acute myeloid leukemia.

This plasmid is designed for expressing the antibody portion of Gemtuzumab ozogamicin in mammalian expression system such as HEK293 or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line.
