INTRODUCTION

Hyaluronidase (ovine) (brand name Vitrase) is a purified form of sheep hyaluronidase enzyme that is used as an adjunct in subcutaneous rehydration therapy and to increase absorption of other drugs and radiopaque imaging agents.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Hyaluronidase (ovine) in mammalian expression system such as HEK293 or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line.
