INTRODUCTION

Ibritumomab tiuxetan (brand name Zevalin) is a recombinant monoclonal antibody conjungated with a radioactive isotope (indium or yttrium). Ibritumomab tiuxetan binds to the CD20 antigen and is used for the treatment of relapsed or refractory, low grade or transformed B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).

This plasmid is designed for expressing Ibritumomab in mammalian Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line.
