INTRODUCTION

Imiglucerase (brand name Cerezyme) is a recombinant human beta-glucocerebrosidase that is used in the treatment of Gaucher's disease by replacing the deficient endogenous enzyme.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Imiglucerase in mammalian expression system such as HEK293 or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line.
