INTRODUCTION

Muromonab (brand name Orthoclone OKT3) is a murine monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets CD3 expressed on the surface of human T-cells (T-lymphocytes). Muromonab is used as immunosuppressive therapy in kidney, heart, and liver transplant patients.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Muromonab in mammalian expression system such as HEK293 or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line.
