INTRODUCTION

Necitumumab (brand name Portrazza) is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that binds to the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) to prevent its ligand binding. Necitumumab is used for the treatment of metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
