INTRODUCTION

Nivolumab (brand names Opdivo, Opdualag) is a human IgG4 monoclonal antibody (mAb) that blocks PD-1. Nivolumab is used for the treatment of a number of cancers including melanoma, lung cancer, malignant pleural mesothelioma, renal cell carcinoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, head and neck cancer, urothelial carcinoma, colon cancer, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, liver cancer, gastric cancer, and esophageal or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Nivolumab in mammalian expression system such as HEK293 or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line.
