INTRODUCTION

Ofatumumab (brand names Arzerra, Kesimpta) is a fully human monoclonal antibody that targets CD20. Ofatumumab is used for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in selected patients with certain treatment histories and responsiveness to anticancer medications.
