INTRODUCTION

Pembrolizumab (brand name Keytruda) is a humanized antibody that targets PD-1. It is used in cancer immunotherapy to treat various types of cancer including melanoma, lung cancer, head and neck cancer, Hodgkin lymphoma, stomach cancer, cervical cancer and certain types of breast cancer.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Pembrolizumab in mammalian expression system such as HEK293 or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line.
