INTRODUCTION

Pertuzumab (brand names Perjeta, Perjeta-Herceptin, Phesgo) is a humanized monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets HER2. It is an antineoplastic agent that is used in the treatment of HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer in combination with trastuzumab and docetaxel.
