INTRODUCTION

Risankizumab (brand name Ultomiris) is a fully humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) that binds to interleukin 23 (IL-23). Risankizumab is an inhibitor of IL23 and is used to treat plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and Crohn's disease.

This plasmid is designed for expressing Risankizumab in mammalian expression system such as HEK293 or Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line.
