Tagraxofusp (brand name Elzonris) is a recombinant fusion protein consisting of human interleukin 3 (IL-3) fused to the catalytic and translocation domains of truncated diphtheria toxin (DT). Tagraxofusp is a CD123-directed cytotoxin that is used as an anti-cancer medication for the treatment of blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN).
