INTRODUCTION

Adalimumab is a human monoclonal antibody derived from phage display library. It can reduce inflammatory response by binding to human tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFα).

This plasmid is designed for expression of adalimumab in mammalian cells such as Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell. We can provide three types of xxx expression plasmids: - The heavy chain and light chain are under the control of a same promoter linked by IRES. - The heavy chain and light chain are regulated by independent promoters in the same plasmid backbone. - The heavy chain and light chain are cloned into different plasmids.
