INTRODUCTION

Alemtuzumab (brand names Campath, Lemtrada, MabCampath) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that is directed against the cell surface glycoprotein CD52 for the treatment of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia and relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis.

This plasmid is designed for expressing alemtuzumab in mammalian Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell. We provide multiple options for alemtuzumab expression, either single-vector-based expression or two-vector-based expression.
