TiSpe^TM Expression Plasmids

Tissue specific promoters are those promoters that have activities in certain cell types including normal tissue cells and tumor cells. By use of cell specific promoters, scientists can restrict expression of transgene only in target cells such as tumor cells, not in unwanted cells such as normal tissue cells, which has been considered as a promising direction in the area of gene therapy. A growing number of specific promoters have been identified and reported.
