miRNA Inhibitor & Mimics

miRNA inhibitors are small, single-stranded RNAs that can block endogenous mature miRNA. miRNA mimics are small, double-stranded RNAs that can simulate endogenous mature miRNA. miRNA inhibitors and mimics are good research tools for miRNA studies by down-regulation or up-regulation of miRNA activities.

RGBiotech offers services for miRNA inhibitor & mimics synthesis to accelerate researchers’ progress on their miRNA studies.

In order to get reliable results, we also provide negative controls for miRNA inhibitors and mimics (Table 1.). The negative controls are designed according to C. elegans miRNAs which have minimal sequence identity with miRNAs in human, mouse and rat.
