pComb3HSS Item No.: PPD006Shipping: 2 μg Storage: -20°C INTRODUCTION pComb3HSS is a phagemid vector which is designed for phage display of full Fab, scFv, peptide and other proteins. pComb3HSS contains two stuffers, a 1200bp stuffer flanked by SacI and XbaI restriction sites which can be replaced with Fab light chain, and a 300bp stuffer bounded by XhoI and SpeI restriction sites that can be replaced with Fab heavy chain. The two stuffers can also be removed by SfiI digest so that non-Fab genes of interest can be cloned. For soluble Fab expression, pIII can be removed by SpeI/NheI digest.
