INTRODUCTION

pJF3H is a phagemid vector which is designed for phage display of cDNA libraries. pJF3H contains ompA and pelB leaders, Jun, Fos and a cloning site for cDNA expression. The cDNA library is cloned into the C-terminal of Fos and expressed as a fusion protein. The pIII gene product is at the C-terminal of Jun and expressed as a fusion protein. The ompA and pelB lead the fusion proteins to the periplasm where they assembly through Jun/Fos interaction.
