INTRODUCTION ETS translocation variant 4 (ETV4), also known as polyoma enhancer activator 3 (PEA3), is an ETS transcription factor broadly expressed in many tissues. ETV4 regulates downstream gene expression by binding to its specific DNA response elements with a GGA core consensus in the promoter region of the relevant target gene. RGBiotech offers multiple types of pETV4/RE-Reporter plasmids that contains multiple tandem repeats of ETV4 binding sites upstream of a reporter gene driven by a basal / minimal promoter. Our pETV4/RE-Reporter plasmids can be used in monitoring ETV4 activities, screening of ETV4 activitors / inhibitors / homologs, studying regulatory mechanism of ETV4 gene expression, by simply detecting reporter gene expression after delivery of the plasmid into target cells.
