INTRODUCTION Nuclear factor, interleukin 3 regulated (NFIL3), also known as E4BP4, is a basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factor. NFIL3 protein functions as a repressor of gene transcription in a DNA-binding-site-dependent manner. RGBiotech offers multiple types of pNFIL3/RE-Reporter plasmids that contains multiple tandem repeats of NFIL3 binding sites upstream of a reporter gene driven by a basal / minimal promoter. Our pNFIL3/RE-Reporter plasmids can be used in monitoring NFIL3 activities, screening of NFIL3 activitors / inhibitors / homologs, studying regulatory mechanism of ATF6 gene expression, by simply detecting reporter gene expression after delivery of the plasmid into target cells.
