INTRODUCTION BTB domain and CNC homolog 2 (BACH2), is a transcription factor that specifically recognizes MARE DNA motifs with a consensus sequence 5′TGAG/CTCA3′. RGBiotech offers multiple types of pBACH2/RE-Reporter plasmids that contains multiple tandem repeats of BACH2 binding sites upstream of a reporter gene driven by a basal / minimal promoter. Our pBACH2/RE-Reporter plasmids can be used in monitoring BACH2 activities, screening of BACH2 activitors / inhibitors / homologs, studying regulatory mechanism of BACH2 gene expression, by simply detecting reporter gene expression after delivery of the plasmid into target cells.
