INTRODUCTION ETS1 is a transcription factor that contains an ETS DNA-binding domain. This transcription factor participates in regulation of diverse genes containing the binding sites of ETS1 protein. RGBiotech offers multiple types of pETS1/RE-Reporter plasmids that contains multiple tandem repeats of ETS1 binding sites upstream of a reporter gene driven by a basal / minimal promoter. Our pETS1/RE-Reporter plasmids can be used in monitoring ETS1 activities, screening of ETS1 activitors / inhibitors / homologs, studying regulatory mechanism of ETS1 gene expression, by simply detecting reporter gene expression after delivery of the plasmid into target cells.
