INTRODUCTION Regulatory factor X1 (RFX1) is a transcription factor containing a winged-helix DNA-binding domain. RFX1 protein can either activate or suppress expression of genes involved in immunity and cancer, when it binds to its DNA regulatory elments. RGBiotech offers multiple types of pRFX1/RE-Reporter plasmids that contains multiple tandem repeats of RFX1 binding sites upstream of a reporter gene driven by a basal / minimal promoter. Our pETS1/RE-Reporter plasmids can be used in monitoring ETS1 activities, screening of RFX1 activitors / inhibitors / homologs, studying regulatory mechanism of RFX1 gene expression, by simply detecting reporter gene expression after delivery of the plasmid into target cells.
