INTRODUCTION RAR related orphan receptor A (RORA), also known as NR1F1, is a transcription factor that can be activated by hormone and then bind to hormone response elements (HRE) located in the promoter region of target genes, e.g. genes involved in circadian rhythm.. RGBiotech offers multiple types of pRORA/RE-Reporter plasmids that contains multiple tandem repeats of RORA binding sites upstream of a reporter gene driven by a basal / minimal promoter. Our pRORA/RE-Reporter plasmids can be used in monitoring RORA activities, screening of RORA activitors / inhibitors / homologs, studying regulatory mechanism of RORA gene expression, by simply detecting reporter gene expression after delivery of the plasmid into target cells.
