INTRODUCTION Lymphoid enhancer binding factor 1 (LEF1) is a transcription factor that participates in the Wnt signaling pathway. LEF1 protein can bind to the enhancer of T-cell receptor-alpha (TCRA) to increase the enhancer activity. RGBiotech offers multiple types of pLEF1/RE-Reporter plasmids that contains multiple tandem repeats of LEF1 binding sites upstream of a reporter gene driven by a basal / minimal promoter. Our pLEF1/RE-Reporter plasmids can be used in monitoring LEF1 activities, screening of LEF1 activitors / inhibitors / homologs, studying regulatory mechanism of LEF1 gene expression, by simply detecting reporter gene expression after delivery of the plasmid into target cells.
